Can I buy or sell property from a seller without a Realtor?
Yes! It is called a a private transaction(sale or purchase). However, you would deny yourself the knowledge, expertise and experience a Realtor offers. Real estate is a major financial decision. Would you want to do this without expert advice?

Yes! We have Realtors all across Canada that we work with. We also give and receive referrals from them several other Realtors.
When buy Residential property, who pays the buyers realtor?
Its the seller that pays the Buyer’s Realtor and the Sellers Realtor. The Buyer pays their closing cost. Buyer’s lawyer usually provide an estimate of the closing cost before closing and the final cost amount at closing.
